Q. When is the check-in and check-out time?
A. Check-in starts from 15:00 and check-out is until 10:00.✳︎This may differ depending on your reservation plan.

 Q. Is late check-out / early check-in possible?
A. Yes, late check-out / early check-in is free of charge  depending on the room availability. Please inform us your request at least 5 days before your check-out date.  

Q. Do you have any curfew hour?
A. No, our Front Desk is open 24 hours so you can check-in any time. Please let us know if you come back after 11pm.  

Q. Is there any internet access?
A. Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in the room.   

Q. Can you store my luggage?
A. Yes, we can store your luggage at the Front Desk before check-in and after check-out.
If you would like to send before the arrival day, the address is as below:
✳ Make sure the booker's full name and the check-in & check-out date is written on the package in English. 

Q. Can we request for an extra bed?
A. Unfortunately we do not provide extra beds. 

Q. Do you have car park? / How much is the parking fee?
A. Yes we have, and staying guests can park your car without any charges.   

Q. Do you have non-smoking rooms? 
A. Yes, please book the room specified as non-smoking. 

Q. What type of credit card can I use for payment?
A. You can pay with Visa, Master, American Express, DC, Diners, JCB, and Union Pay. 

Q. Can I pay my reservation fee before arrival?
A. Yes, you can pay in advance and we accept bank transfer / only via direct payment at hotel.

Q. Do you have room services?
A. Yes, we provide room services for AAA, BBB, …  

Q. Do you accommodate pets?
A. Unfortunately, we do not accept pets apart from guide dogs.✳ We may ask you to show the certification.   

Q. How much is the parking fee?
A. Staying guest can park at our car park without any charges.  

Q. Can we request a humidifier?
A. Yes, we have a humidifier for each rooms. 

Q. Do you provide yukatas?
A. Unfortunately we do not have any yukatas but you will find a set of pyjamas and slippers in each room.
